Today I will share a link with you to a Youtube video just released in the past 48 hours, well after the start of this Murder-1 petition that concurs with our Petiton that Murder-1 is the right charge.

I do have a different opinion on a couple of points mentioned in this Murder-1 youtube video.

The petition's primary reason for pre-mediation is if a person is no longer meditating, they are pre-meditated.  This is what I believed  happened during the excruciating almost 9 minutes of knee to the neck. 8 minutes and 46 seconds was just too much time to make the claim that the police officer was contemplating his next course of action.

Then add in the growing chorus of witnesses and Mr. Floyd's own pleading about his growing life threatening agony and once again, it points to pre-meditation, NOT meditation.

The belief that pre-meditation only can occur if there was a pre conceived plan to murder before arriving at the scene is NONSENSE specifically because this was not a split second decision. Assuming the police officer had the right to use the knee to the neck for a short period of time, let's say 15 seconds to a minute, that leaves another 7 minutes and 46 seconds of non meditation, therefore, it is pre-meditation.

It's really that simple.

Finally, this petition does not advocate Murder-1 only, this petition is for giving the jury the option of either Murder-1, Murder-2, or Murder-3. 

In my opinion this was a public execution with firing squad at the ready if anyone tried to intervene, therefore, Murder-1 should be on the table.
