I have been in touch with the Board of Variance Secretary. He has confirmed with me that in order for our efforts here to be legally considered a petition, we must include address and phone numbers in case they want to verify. Unfortunately we cannot do that on this platform.

We do have paper petitions available to sign in the Renfrew area. Please let me know your email if you want to sign it in-person.

West Coast Liquor Company has recently changed their address for this application, which means that all previous comments submitted with the OLD address are now invalid. 

I am encouraging everyone to please submit a comment online to the Board of Variance HERE. Be sure to enter the new site address:

• Select "zoning appeal".
• Write your comment.

It would be even better if you would be willing to register to speak at the Board of Variance meeting on July 19. It will be an in-person meeting so you will need to attend at City Hall.
