On Monday, April 21, 2025, at 5PM at the government building in Bunnell, the Flagler County Board of Commissioners will be voting on the FINAL READ of "Airport Zoning Regulation" ordinance. This ORDINANCE was MANDATED in 2016, but never implemented.
As a result of the "oversight", THOUSANDS of HOMES in Palm Coast may now be labeled (by an avigation easement) as "AIRPORT HAZARDS", potentially affecting HOME VALUES, INSURANCE RATES, and PROPERTY RIGHTS! We believe that this ORDINANCE, as written, is unlawful, lacks proper notice to POTENTIALLY AFFECTED RESIDENTS, and does NOT include the REQUIRED PROTECTIONS for CITIZENS of Palm Coast!
Please attend this meeting in OPPOSITION to this ORDINANCE!
