Application to Set Aside Conviction Timeline Thus Far....

I only found out this week.... apparently he has been been pursuing this for a few months now. 

I'm acting fast, because I don't know how much time I have on this. 

***I do not currently know the reason (stipulation) for the adjournment of this hearing... I'm not sure if it's because I'm now involved or some other random reason. All I know is it's not over yet.
