Update - we’ve been waiting for confirmation of the Hearings Programme dates, and we can now share that we will be presenting our representation to the Inspector, R Aston BSc (Hons) Dip TP MRTPI, on Tuesday, 4 March 2025, regarding the Brixton Tesco site.

The hearings will take place at Lambeth Town Hall, 1 Brixton Hill, London SW2 1RW.

In additional, the documents we are now seeing are suggesting taller buildings and more flats - with very limtied affordable housing. Private development by HSBC.
