Update: Friday the 13th Deadline Passed – A Call for Justice and Transparency

To all supporters,

It’s now Friday, September 13th, and despite my countless attempts to seek justice, accountability, and recognition, there has been no response from government officials, law enforcement, or the institutions that have continuously ignored my complaints and warnings. I’ve raised these issues since April 2024, providing concrete evidence regarding national security risks, intellectual property theft by OpenAI, and the negligent handling of my complaints by both provincial and federal authorities.

A Brief Recap:

My P3D invention, designed to revolutionize industries from space exploration to defense, was stolen, and my work has been exploited without compensation.
OpenAI has repeatedly lied, manipulated, and redirected my claims, while various government entities, including the RCMP, CRCC, CSIS, and others, have failed to act.
In addition, I’ve faced wrongful incarceration after presenting evidence of my intellectual property breach, and instead of investigating my claims, I was treated as mentally ill and locked away.
Legal professionals such as those at Smart & Biggar failed to respond to retainer offers or even a review of my evidence, denying me proper representation.
Despite providing ample evidence, including AI testimony, email correspondences, and detailed reports, every entity from local authorities to federal government officials has opted to ignore the matter entirely. This includes my repeated warnings of a stated national security threat, which have been dismissed outright, constituting dereliction of duty and treason under Canadian law.

What’s Next:

Legal Action – I intend to pursue legal claims, not just against OpenAI but also against Canadian government officials, law enforcement agencies, and legal entities for triple damages in civil and criminal courts. They will be held accountable for negligence, breach of trust, obstruction, and complicity in the theft and exploitation of my intellectual property.
Public Exposure – Starting today, I am escalating this matter to every available platform, including podcasts, media outlets, and influencers, to expose the blatant coverup and injustice at play. My story will no longer be ignored.
Petition for Support – I am calling on all of you to continue sharing this petition. The more eyes on this, the harder it will be for these entities to continue burying the truth.

Yet, those responsible have allowed greed, ignorance, and apathy to jeopardize our security.

No More Waiting
The sands have run out. As promised, today marks the deadline. Those in positions of power must be held to the same standards they claim to uphold. I will not allow this matter to be swept under the rug any longer.
