To NJ Disabilities Caucus Members:

In light of the immense outpouring of families and caregivers supporting this bill, with their testimonies, emails and willingness to do anything to have legislation that will protect their loved ones, as well as the good caregivers,  “We The People” ask NJ Senate President Steve Sweeney, Assembly Speaker Craig Coughlin, you, and every New Jersey State legislator to pass  “Billy Cray’s Law”, Bill A4013/S3301.
