We've all seen during the last week when collecting TOLLS at the various city collection points in Mumbai was suspended as a result of the lack of cash with people that traffic has become so smooth that on an average a vehicle would save at least 15 minutes at each toll! That's a lot! In terms of time... And obviously a massive amount in terms of fuel saving and more importantly carbon emissions.

Now is the time to push this forward. Let's ask that tolls be stopped for ever. The government can find more efficient methods of funding infrastructure growth including monetising carbon emission reductions at tolls to carbon credits! 

Imagine a city without stop go stop go toll traffic! Let's do this!
