First Goal Completed

Thanks to the lovely Animal Crossing community, we've gotten 100 signatures! Within a half hour towards the next goal, we're already more than halfway there. If we continue to support this, we may be able to eventually shove this towards Nintendo and they'll see how much the AC community really wants to see more NPC content.
