Zero from the "Mega Man Zero" series would make an amazing addition to Super Smash Bros Ultimate. He is my favorite video game character. I have been playing Mega Man games since I was a tiny kid playing Mega Man 2. His MMZ design has aged well and he has an incredible assortment of weapons and techniques to choose from that would make him a deadly and extremely fun character.
