Around the world people are suffering, even dying, to make products for companies  so that they can sell them at lower prices. In these sweatshops people barely get enough pay to pay for food, let alone housing and other necessities to move out of the sweatshop. These workers, often young children, are suffering from horrible conditions. If Nike were to sacrifice 1% from their advertising budget, wages could be doubled. Sweatshops exist everywhere, even in the US. The US Department of Labor reported that 50% of US garment factories are sweatshops. All of this cruelty needs to be stopped. We may not be able to completely take down Nike's sweatshops, but we at least need to try. Help us make it clear to Nike where we stand on the topic of sweatshops: They Are Inhumane.
