I think we can all agree that Arik Air has poor quality services.  They cancel flights arbitrarily, withold refunds for up to a year, and their customer service is quite frankly appalling.  How many of us have emailed without anybody responding? or called their customer service and they refuse to pick?  How many of you have had flights cancelled on arriving at the airport?  I believe enough is enough and something has to change, we can do this together.  We call on all revelant Nigerian authorities and agencies to hear our plight and prevail on this company to change their methods.
