In the spirit of CHANGE our new legislators should reject the N9 billion 500 of them are set to share as various allowances.
Due to the current economic situation in the country and the fact that unemployment is sky high and 18 states owe civil servants salaries, it will be morally wrong for the legislators to accept this allowance! 
N9 billion will go a long way in revamping our dead textile industry, providing jobs for hundreds of thousands of jobless Nigerians.
