Ein D-A-CH gegen Judenhass – für konkretes Handeln in Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz

Antisemitismus ist wieder Alltag – in Klassenzimmern, im Netz, auf Demonstrationen und sogar in Behörden. Jüdische Menschen werden bedroht, beleidigt oder diskriminiert. Und zu oft schauen Politik und Gesellschaft weg.

Der jüdische Glaube ist viele Jahrhunderte älter als jede Demokratie, jeder Staat und jede Politik. 

Weder der Krieg in Gaza noch politische Entscheidungen in Israel können jemals ein Vorwand sein, Jüdinnen und Juden in Deutschland und Europa zu hassen, anzugreifen oder auszugrenzen.

Antisemitismus ist und bleibt in jeder Form inakzeptabel.

Wir sagen: Es reicht.

Wir sind ein breites Bündnis aus Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz. Gemeinsam fordern wir: Eine klare Antwort auf den Hass. Jetzt.

Deshalb haben wir einen konkreten, überparteilichen Fünf-Punkte-Plan gegen Antisemitismus entwickelt.

Er ist umsetzbar – und er braucht deine Unterstützung, damit ihn die Parlamente in Berlin, Wien und Bern aufgreifen.

📌 Die 5 Forderungen im Überblick:

1. Bildung und Begegnung stärken
Antisemitismus beginnt im Kopf. Und dort muss man auch die Aufklärung ansetzen.

1. Verbindliche Bildungsinhalte zu jüdischem Leben, Antisemitismus und Israel in der Ausbildung von Lehrern, Polizisten, Beamten und Richtern
2. Antisemitismusbeauftragte an jeder Hochschule, in Abstimmung mit jüdischen Organisationen
3. Austauschprogramme mit Israel für Schüler, Studierende, Polizei und Justiz
4. Förderung faktenbasierter Bildungsformate zum Nahostkonflikt – geschützt vor Ideologie

2. Recht und Schutz jüdischen Lebens sichern
Wer Jüdinnen und Juden bedroht oder angreift, muss mit spürbaren Konsequenzen rechnen.

1. Antisemitismusbeauftragte in Polizei, Justiz und Verwaltung
2. Der Aufruf zur Vernichtung eines Landes, insbesondere Israels, muss strafbar sein
3. Volksverhetzung soll auch Angriffe auf (jüdische) Gruppen im Ausland umfassen (z. B. in Israel)
4. Boykottaufrufe gegen Israel an Hochschulen und im Kulturbereich sollen unterbunden werden

3. Jüdisches Leben sichtbar und sicher verankern
Jüdisches Leben gehört in die Mitte der Gesellschaft – sichtbar und geschützt.

1. Veranstaltungen mit Israel-Hass oder Judenfeindlichkeit sind konsequent zu untersagen
2. Schutz jüdischer Einrichtungen und Gedenkorte – auch durch städtebauliche Maßnahmen
3. Jüdische Feiertage müssen im Arbeitsrecht abgesichert sein – ohne berufliche Nachteile

4. Partnerschaften und jüdische Kultur fördern
Jüdisches Leben ist Teil Europas – kulturell, historisch und menschlich.

1. Öffentliche Förderung jüdischer Kulturveranstaltungen
2. Schutz und Pflege von Städtepartnerschaften mit Israel (z. B. Tel Aviv, Haifa, Beer Sheva)
3. Keine öffentlichen Mittel für antisemitische Projekte – gesetzlich klar geregelt
4. Wissenschaftliche Kooperationen mit israelischen Universitäten stärken

5. Monitoring ausbauen – grenzüberschreitend handeln
Antisemitismus kennt keine Landesgrenzen. Der Kampf dagegen auch nicht.

1. Ausbau des European Network for Monitoring Antisemitism (ENMA) und zivilgesellschaftlicher Initiativen
2. Jährliche Fortschrittsberichte
3. Vernetzung von Polizei, Justiz und Bildung über Ländergrenzen hinweg – mit Israel als Partner

🇬🇧A D-A-CH Against Jew-Hatred – For Concrete Action in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland

Antisemitism has become an everyday reality again – in classrooms, online, at demonstrations, and even in government offices. Jewish people are being threatened, insulted, or discriminated against. And too often, politics and society look away.

The Jewish faith predates any democracy, state, or political system by centuries.

Neither the war in Gaza nor political decisions in Israel can ever be an excuse to hate, attack, or exclude Jews in Germany or anywhere in Europe.

Antisemitism is – and always will be – unacceptable in any form.

We say: Enough is enough.

We are a broad alliance from Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Together we demand: A clear response to hate. Now.

That is why we have developed a concrete, nonpartisan Five-Point Plan against Antisemitism.

It is actionable – and it needs your support so that the parliaments in Berlin, Vienna, and Bern take it up.

📌 The 5 Demands at a Glance:

1. Strengthen education and exchange

Antisemitism begins in the mind. That’s where education must begin.

1. Mandatory education on Jewish life, antisemitism, and Israel in the training of teachers, police officers, civil servants, and judges
   Antisemitism commissioners at every university, in coordination with Jewish organizations
2. Exchange programs with Israel for pupils, students, police, and judiciary
3. Promotion of fact-based educational formats on the Middle East conflict – safeguarded against ideology 

2. Secure law and protection of Jewish life

Anyone who threatens or attacks Jews must face tangible consequences.

1. Antisemitism commissioners in police, judiciary, and administration
2. Calls for the destruction of a country, especially Israel, must be punishable
3. Incitement laws should also cover attacks on (Jewish) groups abroad (e.g., in Israel)
   Boycott calls against Israel at universities and in cultural sectors must be prohibited 

3. Anchor Jewish life visibly and securely

Jewish life belongs at the heart of society – visible and protected.

1. Events promoting Israel-hatred or antisemitism must be consistently banned
2. Protection of Jewish institutions and memorial sites – also through urban planning measures
3. Jewish holidays must be secured in labor law – without professional disadvantages 

4. Promote partnerships and Jewish culture

Jewish life is part of Europe – culturally, historically, and socially.

1. Public funding for Jewish cultural events
2. Protection and cultivation of city partnerships with Israel (e.g., Tel Aviv, Haifa, Be’er Sheva)
3. No public funds for antisemitic projects – clearly regulated by law
   Strengthen scientific cooperation with Israeli universities

5. Expand monitoring – act across borders

Antisemitism knows no borders. The fight against it must not either.

1. Expansion of the European Network for Monitoring Antisemitism (ENMA) and civil society initiatives
2. Annual progress reports
3. Cross-border networking of police, judiciary, and education – with Israel as a partner

🇫🇷Un D-A-CH contre la haine des Juifs – pour une action concrète en Allemagne, Autriche et Suisse

L’antisémitisme est redevenu une réalité quotidienne – dans les salles de classe, sur Internet, lors de manifestations et même dans les administrations.

Des personnes juives sont menacées, insultées ou discriminées. Et trop souvent, la politique et la société détournent le regard.

La foi juive est de plusieurs siècles plus ancienne que n’importe quelle démocratie, État ou politique.

Ni la guerre à Gaza ni les décisions politiques en Israël ne peuvent jamais servir de prétexte pour haïr, attaquer ou exclure des Juifs en Allemagne ou en Europe.

L’antisémitisme est – et restera – inacceptable sous toutes ses formes.

Nous disons : Ça suffit.

Nous sommes une large alliance d’Allemagne, d’Autriche et de Suisse. Ensemble, nous exigeons : Une réponse claire à la haine. Maintenant.

C’est pourquoi nous avons élaboré un plan concret et transpartisan en cinq points contre l’antisémitisme.

Il est réalisable – et il a besoin de ton soutien pour être repris par les parlements à Berlin, Vienne et Berne.

Les 5 revendications en un coup d’œil

1. Renforcer l’éducation et les échanges

L’antisémitisme commence dans les esprits. C’est là que l’éducation doit agir.

1. Contenus éducatifs obligatoires sur la vie juive, l’antisémitisme et Israël dans la formation des enseignants, policiers, fonctionnaires et juges
2. Commissaires à l’antisémitisme dans chaque université, en concertation avec les organisations juives
3. Programmes d’échange avec Israël pour élèves, étudiants, police et justice
4. Promotion de formats éducatifs factuels sur le conflit du Proche-Orient – protégés de l’idéologie 

2. Assurer le droit et la protection de la vie juive

Quiconque menace ou attaque des Juifs doit faire face à des conséquences tangibles.

1. Commissaires à l’antisémitisme dans la police, la justice et l’administration
2. L’appel à la destruction d’un État, en particulier Israël, doit être punissable
3. La loi sur l’incitation à la haine doit inclure les attaques contre des groupes (juifs) à l’étranger (par ex. en Israël)
4. Les appels au boycott contre Israël dans les universités et la culture doivent être interdits 

3. Ancrer la vie juive de manière visible et sûre

La vie juive doit être au cœur de la société – visible et protégée.

1. Interdiction systématique des événements prônant la haine d’Israël ou l’antisémitisme
2. Protection des institutions et lieux de mémoire juifs – y compris par des mesures d’urbanisme
3. Reconnaissance des fêtes juives dans le droit du travail – sans désavantage professionnel 

4. Promouvoir les partenariats et la culture juive

La vie juive fait partie de l’Europe – culturellement, historiquement et humainement.

1. Financement public des événements culturels juifs
2. Protection et entretien des jumelages de villes avec Israël (par ex. Tel Aviv, Haïfa, Beer Sheva)
3. Aucune aide publique pour des projets antisémites – inscrit clairement dans la loi
4. Renforcement de la coopération scientifique avec les universités israéliennes 

5. Développer le suivi – agir au-delà des frontières

L’antisémitisme ne connaît pas de frontières. La lutte contre lui non plus.

1. Développement du European Network for Monitoring Antisemitism (ENMA) et des initiatives de la société civile
2. Rapports annuels sur les progrès
3. Coopération transfrontalière entre police, justice et éducation – avec Israël comme partenaire
