I cannot express how amazed I am at how much support this petition has garnered over the past almost four years. I remember making this when I was around 16 years old! If you had told me all these years later that this simple, small idea me and some friends had would take off into the full sprint it did I wouldn’t have believed it for a second. I am grateful to those who’ve signed this project that manifested randomly one day and especially touched by the people who decided to make videos. 

Rise has always been near and dear to my heart. The new portrayal of the long since established characters was an absolute breath of fresh air. While there were small tidbits that I would change, the experience of watching it for the first time I wouldn’t exchange for any of it. Though it seems as though the show has been shelved for good in the eyes of executives, there will still always be the glimmer of a future for Rise at the hands of the show’s fans. The story isn’t over as long as there’s a base of people who write and explore what couldn’t be with what could and can. You are the future of this show. Don’t let somebody tell you it’s over when it’s truly only just begun.

Though the majority of the world may be blind to it, I’m extremely glad the few of you who’ve signed or even viewed the page gave me and my silly lil’ petition about a show I love and always will consideration and the time of day.
