While browsing the internet and searching under Nickelodeon and Netflix, I came across something interesting. It may be from February, but it's still important to our cause. It seems that Netflix has agreed with Nickelodeon, and essentially Viacom, to produce a possible animated movie for The Loud House and TMNT. Could this be true? Not sure. But one thing that is true is the fact that Netflix is on the verge of making a live action adaptation of Avatar: The Last Airbender, which will stream next year. But what could this mean for the rest of the Nickelodeon family? It means everyone else, Dora, CatDog, Arnold, and everyone else in both main Nick and Nick Jr will just be relegated to late night reruns and dust collecting in the vaults.
This adds a new incentive, especially considering that Nickelodeon has made a new animated Netflix original series call Pinky Malinky, to our cause. With 367 people on the march, we have a mighty big and ever growing chance to get the shows we grew up with on Netflix. And hopefully before Disney launches Disney Plus later this year.
