At the end of 2018, the Daily Mail published an excellent article about the cost of clinical negligence relating to group B Strep infection.

This highlighted the findings of Group B Strep Support's recent report on the cost of clinical negligence cases relating to group B Strep, "The Cost of Group B Strep Infection" that I mentioned in my last post. 

It's astonishing that group B Strep cases are likely to be costing the NHS at least £10 million in compensation and legal fees a year - and that's without the cost of caring for these sick babies.
