The report has been covered in all the newspapers and I told the BBC about Stephen's story. I've also done an interview with Channel 4 News (please tune in at 7pm tonight!). Today David Cameron was asked directly about care for families with learning disabilities in Parliament. He acknowledged that more needs to be done to improve care but he refused to set out a timetable for action. We have heard these promises before.
