So yet again the safeguards and police at Essex fails my son. One might say shocking but not surprised. What is happening in this country? Why are these people who are supposed to uphold the law and best interests of our son’s and daughters, let them down? Why are they keep letting abusers kick punch restrain break bones murder autistic people and LD ,and get way with ? Why are this so called safeguards put there to protect investigate only to fail my son over and over again? Insufficient evidence? Seriously? A carer sees another carer kick box my son on he’s genitals, leaving serious bruising, a 2 centimetre bruise on my son’s penis, is called insufficient evidence? I tell you what, Send your autistic child to stay at this s** holes let him be abused let these abusers kick him on he’s genitals living shoe prints. Living 2 centimetres bruising on he’s penis , than come back to me and tell me you won’t proceed with any investigations or indeed any criminal charges because there’s no evidence someone kicked your child on he’s genitals. Or that they broke he’s clavicle. Or he’s arm or he’s hand or he’s ankle or they punched him on he’s face almost breaking he’s Cheekbone, or the bruising all over your child’s body without so much an explanation how it happened. Or when they throw your son across a room like he is a chicken, or when they tie your son to a bed. Or put him on straight jackets for up to 14 hours a day. Or when they send you as parent to a different hospital to cover up physical abuse so you don’t get to see it. When is this going to stop? When are this bodies who are responsible for the well being and safety of our autistic and LD and all vulnerable people old young no matter, going to stop hiding this dirty filthy secrets that is going on at this ATUs and all institutions around the country? When are they going to wake up and stop this shameful disgusting and disgraceful national scandal that is the systematic abuses of all our most vulnerable people in our society? And we call us in the western world civilised? How can we be civilised when people who are responsible for the safety of our society let this horrendous abuses of human rights go on? By letting go of criminal charges and accountability? How in gods name can they think it’s ok to let this go on? How can they safeguards and police who are no better than those services themselves, think that because a severely autistic young man who has Behavioral issues who self harms who are at the mercy of carers who in turn are being paid to look after these vulnerable people, get way with this? When will this people learn and accept that even if a non verbal autistic young man can’t tell them what has happened, it’s their duty to protect, it’s their duty to set examples, guide lines? Well I would use some language on that but I am going for once refrain from using it, and say guide lines. Reports. Upon reports, investigations upon investigations, is a total waist of time, not to mention money what should happen is , no payments from any CCGs NHSE to be paid to this outrageously dysfunctional institutions, until they stop hiding behind the MHA and data protection and be made accountable for what is happening in 2019 that is more like we gone back in time and it’s 1920. Or 1800s. We as (civilised society) need to act now, we all have a responsibility to stop this going on. We can no longer tolerate the madness that is the failings of police and SS who are suppose to be doing their jobs and protect our society.
Everyone who are the professional responsible for a person who’s in an institution should hang their faces in shame , as in my book they are as guilty as those who hurt my son. No ifs. No buts. They are letting this happen, by being complicit on cover ups, and no acting on their person who they are meant to 1 look after 2 paying the extortion amounts of ££ for, dirty money as it’s being used to pay for chemical restraint, and physical mental verbal and in some cases sexual abuses. Each and everyone of this professionals are guilty of letting this go on, and letting these institutions get way with it, and being paid for that.
As are the people that are supposed to uphold the law. In all of this professionals from ATUs to CCGs to nhse to safeguard to police not one of them has been accountable for any actions that has been taken place. It must end now.
