Hi all,Just quickly to let you know about the tribunal last Friday. It went all wrong. The judge was a total arse. The consultant psychiatrist even bigger an arse He refuses to accept the CTR. And refuses to discharge my son. And as long as he refuses the judge will agree with him. In fact judge said so. And told me I have no rights. The dr has over me. As long as Ste are under the mental health act the dr has the power over my son. And so is all the others around the country. The dr said he won't discharge my son. And if he decides to discharge my son it's to another hospital. It's a never ending of this system. No one can change this. No people has any power, Over this systematic use of ATUs,and the poeer the psychiatrist has. Not ministers not Theresa may and not simon Stevens CEO NHSE. The only way fowards is NHSE stop paying the exuberant amount of money to this atus, and they will have no option but to discharge if they don't get paid. It's the tax payers money. Your tax money.
