I am taking action with regards to the low levels of satisfaction that the local community have with the local doctor surgery appointment system. Also Dr Kelly the senior partner is often derogatory and abusive towards patients often making them feel like a burden at the most vulnerable point of there lives. As a community we deserve better than what we are currently getting and it needs to change. I want to make it clear this is not directed at any of the admin or reception staff or most of the Doctors as they are all lovely and are only following instructions.
