We call on NHS England to reject Frome Medical Practice (FMP) proposal to close Locks Hill surgery and no longer provide vital and invaluable health care services from this surgery. Its closure will cause hardship to the most vulnerable in our community.

We believe the consultation undertaken by FMP was inadequate and should be re-opened to provide a genuine opportunity for people to voice their views. Recognising the financial challenges faced by the NHS and FMP we ask for discussions to take place between both parties and community representatives about how the surgery can remain open.
