We, the undersigned residents of Bentswood ward in Haywards Heath, submit this petition to urge the relevant health bodies to act to ensure that residents are provided with the necessary health provision in our community. We note that our community already does not have a GP provision and that this is about to be exacerbated with the imminent closure of the Boots pharmacy, on the parade of shops on America Lane, on the 29th June. We submit this petition to relevant health bodies to ask that they urgently consider the provision of health and medical resource in the Bentswood community.
