Zero opportunity

As a contractor you are usually told there will be an opportunity for permanent role and contracts being terminated and/or not renewed yet there are always recruiting for the same role instead of taking care of their current and present employees. I have seen more permanent staff working away from the job and resigning whiles at NHS more than any other company I’ve worked for, whiles contractors have remained on rolling contracts are their 3 months probation with no guarantee for career progression and a lot of hate and disrespect for managers who looks down on other contractors. All this must stop.
