Educating the public

We need to start trying to educate the public ourselves. But what will it take? We have tried to be nice and asked them politely and put signs on our gates and fences, for them to be snapped and pulled down and destroyed. Do we really need to be shooting people's dogs just so people learn? This should be the last straw. Why don't people listen? We are at the end of our tether with the issue and it needs to stop. Not just for the farmers livelihood, but for the well being of OUR sheep and cattle.
