We as fans love the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, however change is needed in Tampa Bay! The Buccaneers are becoming the laughing stock of the NFL, and we are losing our fan base daily! We find creative ways to lose games on a weekly basis.

The Buccaneers organization acts like we have something special after a few winning seasons. Were not special...truth is we are a very poor 3-6 football team! Its about time we were honest within our organization and accept the fact that were not even close to good enough! The fans have been let down by this team and sadly they have started to jump ship in recent years. Building a strong fan base is absolutely imperative to a teams success. It is sad to see more noise made by visiting fans, and no Bucs fans standing and cheering on a crucial third down. The Bucs and their lack of effort/caring have drained much of the cities love and passion for this team. It seems as if the Bucs organization, from the players, coaching staff, ticketing associates, etc don't realize this apparent fact!

When is the last time Raymond James was sold out? A true sell out...not a numbers padded sellout, or sold out by opposing fans occupying our seats. Raymond James is the home of the Bucs, and the fanbase is dwindling due to poor management within the organization.

For years the Buccaneers organization has openly accepted mediocrity...as fans this is simply not acceptable. 5-11 or 6-10 is simply not good enough! There is always unreal hype surrounding this team and it's the same thing year after year. Being average is not acceptable to the fans of the Buccaneers! As fans we pay quite a bit of money to attend the game, park, purchase food/drinks etc. No wonder fans won't show up with the quality of product you are putting on the field. Its simply not good enough and hasn't been for a long time. Other teams pack their stadiums and have season ticket waiting lists because winning is expected and demanded. Not in Tampa! Winning is an option. 

Start holding players/coaches accountable? Simple example is Catanzaro...we knew early this year after the Browns game he was not the answer, why does he get so many chances at doing his job when we know he isn't good enough? Hold these players and coaches accountable. Catanzaro should have been released in the postgame press conference of the Redskins game today! Make an example of these players and demand that they do their job! In addition, fans would rather see players that want to play and are committed to the team. Games like Chicago where players/coaches just don't care and don't show up aren't acceptable!  There is no excuse for any NFL team to get run out of the building like that, especially the Buccaneers with the talent they have. And this happens all too often to our beloved Buccaneers. Why is it different for our Buccaneers? If they don't want to play or don't have the heart get them off the field...we don't care how talented you are. We want heart and desire and passion! We'd rather see lesser players who are committed and passionate about winning and the Buccaneers then a Pro-Bowler who could care less win/lose.

The culture within the Bucs organization is not acceptable. Losing is never acceptable. Win at all costs! Its bad when the players in your organization seem to care less win or lose, and this has become the norm. Fans pour their heart and soul into this team, and a loss literally ruins their Sunday! But its OK for the players to accept losing? We need a serious culture change! Losing should infuriate these players and drive them to work that much harder. With the talent level they have they should never embarrassed by other NFL teams the way they are on a weekly basis.

We want change. This organization needs big changes, top to bottom! Fans if you agree that change is needed within the Buccaneers please let your voice be heard...the hope is to garner enough support that our voices will be heard by management directly! We want Raymond James to be sold out, we want to be proud of our beloved Buccaneers once again. We want playoff appearances and Super Bowl rings!
