There is a firestorm brewing in the media over the handling of the debates. This petition and your signatures have been mentioned quite a bit. I have read a lot of your comments and many news articles/blogs discussing our petition. Here's one very good point, which seems to be a recurring theme, I thought I'd share, since it goes to the heart of the allegation of misogyny. First, it was Rosie O'donnell that attacked Donald Trump, to which Mr. Trump retaliated. Second, not a single time did Rosie O'Donnell or Donald Trump mention the genitalia of the other. Third, it was Megyn Kelly that introduced into the debate the irrelevant feud between Rosie O'Donnel and Donald Trump. It was Megyn Kelly that converted an otherwise sexless argument into a question of bigotry. Finally, no matter how distasteful the language used by Rosie O'Donnel and Donald Trump, nothing was predicated upon genitalia. Therefore, Megyn Kelly is the misogynist, since she took it upon herself to conclude that Donald Trump dislikes Rosie O'Donnell because of her female genitalia. More specifically, Megyn Kelly’s insinuation is unfounded for the precise reason that Donald Trump treated Ms. O’Donnell equally; it would have been misogyny for Donald Trump to treat Rosie O'Donnell differently because she has female genitalia. Megyn Kelly... If anyone is a misogynist, it is you. Your discussions with Howard Stern demeans women and your half naked photo shoot is the very essence of objectification. Not only do you owe Donald Trump and apology, you owe one to all young women who look up to you.
