Hello, colleagues, Members, friends and supporters, It is my pleasure to announce that Hibiscus has won its Appeal to retain its Premises Licence, and has been awarded cost. A warm thank you to all those of you who have supported our campaign by signing this petition and donating. Without your support it is doubtful that we would have achieved this result. However, there is more work ahead and we will be looking for your continued support. The experience of the Appeal has drawn into sharp focus the shortcomings of the licencing legislation, its administration at a local level and the adverse implications for minority communities. Shortly, a survey eliciting information on the experience of minorities seeking to access the instruments governed by the licensing legislation will be published on Hibiscus website https://www.hibiscuscommunitycentre.co.uk I trust that you will be able to participate by either completing and or sharing the link across your network. Looking forward to hearing from you soon. One Perfect luv Clifford Headley. Company Secretary HCEA
