Thanks to Dan Perry and the JRA for circulating this Guardian article. The focus is mainly on residential streets but the findings on traffic lights and bike lanes are interesting and may point towards retention of existing Blue House with lower speed limits and removing bus/cycle lanes altogether. I'm personally sceptical but intuition can be wrong and I am all in favour of gathering and evaluating evidence. Mike
