Our case will go before a judge at an oral hearing on Tuesday 11th February 2020 in London, where a decision will be made on whether to grant permission to proceed to a full hearing.

We understand only one hour has been allotted to outline the case to the judge.

We have been advised that there is a growing reluctance in the Courts to take on judicial review cases.

Judicial review remains the only mechanism available for campaigners to challenge environmental decisions in Court. 

It is therefore even more important that we have a successful hearing.
