We have launched our CrowdJustice page to raise funds to cover the legal cost of judicial review in respect of Newcastle City Council's decision to permit development in Green Belt land adjacent to Havannah Nature Reserve.

More than 11,000 people have signed our online petition and if everyone donates a small amount, we can easily reach our initial target.

We need to raise at least £3,500 to cover the cost of the permission stage - the initial stage at which the legal case is made.
