Newcastle City Council has still not issued a decision notice for Cell A/B1 of Newcastle Great Park, despite the application being minded for approval in December last year. 

Clearly this is a complex application. But why such a long wait?

Judicial review requires permission from Court. Once the decision notice is issued we will have six weeks within which to apply for permission.

We will need to raise approximately £3,500 for the permissions stage.
