Astoundingly, Newcastle City Council has requested a FURTHER extension of time to respond to our grounds for legal challenge. 

This is the THIRD time the council has delayed its response since we submitted our letter on 16th January 2019.

We have clearly set a cat among the pigeons and the council appears to be running scared. 

We have been told to expect a response 'during the course of next week.'
