Are we really bending the knee to Trump?

For two years, I was solely focused on Russia, keeping a close eye on Trump. I never imagined that I would be writing abusive emails to the US Embassy. I never thought that the real enemy was so much closer, right under our noses. Harris warned us about Trump and his autocratic ambitions, predicting the market crash last week. Biden did, as did every economist in the US, and here we are dealing with yet another crazy autocrat in the making. How can one man alone create so much misery just because he wants attention?

We now have two dictators forcing the rest of the world to adapt to their chaotic way of thinking. Both Putin and Trump have personality disorders,(antisocial/narcissistic strategies). Both countries are now run like mafia states by two men with serious mental health disorders who do not care about others. They lack the ability to express empathy due to their pathology. 

I am simply doing my job by calling out what is happening here, and I will continue to do so by writing to both the Russian and US embassies. Here in New Zealand, we can still do that because we still have a functioning democracy. Even if Winston Peters can justify the sacking, he did not have to sack Goff; it was Winston's choice to appease Trump. I believe that firing Phil Goff is just the beginning of this democracy's decline, which is why I have this petition running. We should all start a conversation about how we will manage the new Trump MAGA administration and the war mongering Russians in the future. 

I refuse to bend the knee to Trump and I am confident that there are many people in NZ who share this sentiment. Why is the Russian ambassador still present in NZ when we have no trade with Russia? Why is the Russian Ambassador still in this country? How many children's hospitals in Ukraine need to be bombed by Russia before NZ says "enough is enough" and expels the Russians?

I always aim to address the important and often overlooked issues that people may not want to talk about. I have noticed that our Government is not addressing certain topics. Why not retaliate against the US? That is a topic I want to explore. Why are we all hesitant to discuss Trump and his shift towards fascism in the US? Why was the Russian ambassador not summoned after the deaths of 11 adults and 9 children in the latest Russian aggression on civilian targets? We must condemn such aggression. We cannot just normalize the death of 20 Ukrainian people killed by Russia This must stop and Peters must condemn such Russian aggression.
