ILLEGAL BRAIN BIONIC OPERATION: HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATION

To whom this may concern, “BRAIN BIONIC”, Bio-Robot” or “HUMAN”

My name is Thinh Nguyen, residing in Los Angeles.  I am 42 years old. My driver license in CA is D9913738

Is it the flesh body or the robot; and, is it the machine or the human artificial? Is it painful or humanless; and, is it animal-like or science/internet technology revolution? As the robot, my jaw, teeth and tongue have been manipulated and abnormally functioned to bite my lips and mouth-under-skin to blood. My urinary system as taking a pee and a shit is controlled by other persons. Bitterly, my sexual desire is controlled as well. As the “Describe” game; my sexual activities have been interpreted and described to others by their “assigned” person who could use my eyes to “witness” my sexual life.  No food and place to live to satisfy the “request or demand” to be a “homeless person”. Lose of some words. Task routine messing up leads me to mess up my daily work for living. My whole muscle system, especially the heart and lung arteries have controlled. They use the computer application to stretch and even play around. And, I got the internal bleeding. I was taking a shit with blood and cough with blood shed. My tear glands are also regulated as drop(s). My emotions have ­been reacted and controlled reversely; crying but happy inner, and turn to be mental problem involuntarily. Those above-mentioned abnormalities are not all of what happening to me. Right now, I have living on the street lacking of blankets and my lung and leg are hurting due to coldness of the Fall in Baldwin Park, California.  Is it human?

My brain involuntarily and illegally is being connected to an unknown voice and video chat website (maybe Paltalk.com, Vietfun.com or Daugau.net or the likes). I can hear what my friends and relatives are talking and they can hear what I am talking to them.

Half of my life has being fooled with some scientists and computer engineers for what so called “science of bionics”.

Right now, those talking in my brain have being TORTURED me to the very “deadly” game since August of 2013 and until now, even threatening to dead by killing.  They could see what I see; then, all my life activities are “naked” in front of their eyes, it is violated the rights of privacy and human being for at least 7 years. I got financial constraints and leading to bad debts or bad credit. I was in jail by what call the “Under World” game. Believe it or not! But the righteousness is! Where is the LAWS, Regulations, and Privacy Respectfulness when my pictures saving in computer and cell phone have been disappeared or deleted in front of my eyes even without internet connection. Maybe, they know all my PASSWORDS by using my eyes, and my devices have been connected with a hidden network or the satellite for more than 13 years. Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand and USA are the territories that I have been. I graduated with Bachelor of Science in Accountancy in Centro Escolar University (CEU) in Manila, Philippines in 2001 and years experiences in Human Resources in fields of Recruiting, Training and Organizational Development (OD). Part-time job at P&G Call Center (Phils) and CADP during college.  I was employed by Community and Family Services International (CFSI) Manila,  in Philippines. In Vietnam, I worked for DTL Auditing Company, Manulife VN, BlueScope Steel VN and British American Tobacco (Vietnam). In USA, I am student of Pasadena City College (PCC) , and work for VOPVN, Inc in Garden Grove, California.
Below is my story: (This message I posted on my Facebook or mailed to my friends for asking help on the first week of this Feb. 2014, and 5th edited 9/12/2014): I have not known myself as being a "bionic" for more than 13 years. Poor on me! My relatives for a certain "unknown" reasons trying to cover up this tragedy and I have just discovered it since November 2013. There is only the brain bionic, as if there is a chip placed in left area of my frontal lobe and the edge of frontal eye field. This head injury position caused from a belt hit by an “estranged” young man in front of the back gate of Centro Escolar University (CEU) in Manila, Philippines (Dentistry College gate) in between 1999 and 2000.  (You could contact me by Facebook Messenger if interesting to help me out. My life occurrences may help to figure out this tragedy). This game “helps” me to have nothing, but committing the suicide, destroying my laptops, cellphone and financial status; their aims to cut off my communication to others in any ways. But, their wrongness is ignoring the public access or work station in public library for “spreading the news” or information.

My brain is still functioning normal excepting of some abnormal abilities. My physical appearance remains in good shape. But, they are trying to destroy it by shortage of sleeping, they stimulate my brain for not enough sleeping every day for year by talking and picturing into my mind using a software application or the likes. Thinking of Brain Machine Interfaces (BMIs).

I believe EVIDENCES remain in my brain. For instances, I noticed someone lifts and moves my hands or shakes my legs with a very tender forces. I guess my eyes have been connected with certain software application; then, someone could see what I see. Strangely, I could do the conversation/ dialogue by thoughts with my brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews and friends in Vietnam, Japan and USA, and Australia. I noticed that due to the voices’ recognition of related persons clearly in my brain. Furthermore, my senses and even emotions manipulated brutally.

I call for SAFETY. I will be responsible for my words. Noticed that more than 20 years resides for three borders: refugee in Philippines (13 years), repatriated to Vietnam (4 years) and legally immigrated to USA in December 2006. Looking to the Righteousness , Human Respectfulness , and HUMAN RIGHTS. GOD BLESS YOU! !
