In just two days, we have over 300 supporters. This petition started as a hand-written signup sheet among a small group of discouraged science teachers. We couldn't keep pace with the overwhelming support we received and decided to move online where we could connect with people all over the country. We are moved and encouraged by all of the comments about the lives affected by Pearson’s abuses of the certification process. We will print and include some of those comments when we hand-deliver this petition to Albany to show them that by allowing Pearson and other for-profit companies to continually pilfer taxpayers and aspiring teachers, they are damaging our education system.
