SUNY greed to cover their financial woes is leading them to take over hospitals for the value of their real estate, closing them using underhanded methods and false reporting to ensure the closure of these hospitals in order to sell there real estate to cover SUNY's own financial problems. This is adding stress to the few remaining hospitals still operating and puts the lives of patients at risk.
