Official Incidental Music Video!

New York State musicians and industry professionals from the Buffalo - Rochester - Syracuse and NYC areas are fighting against the newest State Liquor Authority changes stating music must be Unadvertised, Unticketed and must be Incidental, meaning unnoticed and happening by chance.

We are not Incidental!

Due to this new wording, many venues and musicians have lost income that they support their families with as, without tickets and advertising, patrons will not know there is live music.  Without the ability to sell tickets, a venue has little to no income to pay musicians and bands, let alone, stay open.  If this continues for much longer, venues will be closed permanently and live music will be a thing of the past.  We need to unite and fight this violation of our rights to earn a living!
