ZAUO is a restaurant in NYC that launched in 2018. At ZAUO, customers can "fish" for their dinner, and celebrate catching an innocent animal prior to having the body cooked. Customers have the choice of eating the head of the animal, or sparing themselves the guilt of looking into the eyes of the life they stole.
