One. Last. Time.

The Sisko Monument got a big push this weekend when the krewe of the USS NEW ORLEANS made it to New Orleans Hyatt Regency Hotel for one of the biggest science-fiction fandom conventions in the City itself. And because of that the krewe of was able to discuss at length, the proposal about working on the Sisko Monument.

Interest was great as many attendees of the convention were also locals attending their first convention. Many saw Sisko as the perfect role model as unifier over many differences we have faced since the lockdowns during COVID. 

As a result, we are now at 2083 signatures on the petition and more is being added each day. Thank you to all who have signed and donated. Please continue the good work and spread the word.
