Through the assistance of the The Federation (tm)

The local Federation Chapter USS NEW ORLEANS has scheduled a fundraiser for the Sisko Monument on Give NOLA Day website for approval.

This means that during the entirety of the day on May 4th is dedicated to raising funds to get the monument built and maintained. Depending on how goals are reached, the organization behind Give NOLA Day, the New Orleans Foundation can also assist with donating matching funds.
