Dear Folks Norfolk Southern did it again, blocked all the streets from Rampart to Chartres for over an hour from approximately 5-6pm today, Friday 3/31/17. Four things you can do. One get a friend to sign the Quiet Zone petition. It won't stop blockage but it will quiet the horns and it's one way we can fight back. Describe what happened to you personally. They have some power in this situation but you need to let them know how you feel. It makes a difference.
