Dear Supporters We have bad news. As you already know, last week we won the first victory of our campaign when Benyon Estates relinquished their stake in the New Era Estate. This meant that Westbrook Partners became the sole stakeholders. On Saturday we learnt that they are not intending to honour their word and will need the estate vacated to start refurbishment possibly in the next month, meaning that the 93 families on the estate could be homeless by Christmas.
