Note can't go to ER

I've been in and out of ERs and only given CT scan then discharged against my will. I'm most at risk during sleep with rise with ICP. When I die I may not see it come and won't be able to call 911. ER says it's a chronic issue and I should go to neurologist. Neurosurgical been little help but when they found radiculopathy and other dxs. So you see how I am stuck. No treatment until signs are worse. Will be too late then. Chronic patients also have acute events. Remember
