ABC just announced they won't be continuing Designated Survivor after the second season. Which is a damn shame not only because its one of the best political thrillers of the last few years but although it suffered from slightly low ratings in the US, it is doing well internationally. A perfect show for Netflix to pick up.

A complete aquisition would be only logical since Netflix already secured the rights to distribute it internationally.
