ATTN: Netflix

I have a proposal for a new Netflix Original Series. Bring back the hit television series (and movie) Firefly! You don't have to have the original crew or actors (though the ones still alive could do cameos). Have the show take place a decade or two after the events that occurred in the movie Serenity. The new Firefly would take place in the same universe with the same technology, only this time we're watching a different crew navigate around (or participate) in the resultant civil war that developed from the news broadcast that ended the Serenity film. Recruit the same writers (or die-hard fans) to ensure the new series captures the same sense of humor, philosophy, and brilliance of the original.

Oh, and one more thing: I'd like to play one of the main characters  ; P
