Hello everyone! I have a few news to share with everybody.

BHVR has finally answered my email! I asked why the license wasn't being renewed, and this is what I got

Thank you for reaching out regarding Stranger Things content on Dead By Daylight.

As posted on our social media account, Stranger Thing is expiring on November 17, 2021. However, If you have already purchased the Stranger Things DLC you'll still be able to keep and use Demogorgon, Nancy Wheeler, and Steve Harrington in the game.

Unfortunately, The Underground Complex map will be disabled after November 17, 2021. We apologize that we have no further information that we can share about why Stranger Things content is leaving the game.

I hope that this clarifies your question. If you have anything else, please don't hesitate to let us know.

While I didn't manage to get a clear answer, it's most likely that BHVR is under an non-disclosure agreement of sorts with Netflix.

Talking about Netflix, I still haven't received an answer from them. I'll try to contact them again in a few days, since right now I'm on a vacation.
