Bring "Klaus" to movie theatres nationwide!

Bring "Klaus" to movie theatres nationwide!
The Issue
For over a century, Animation and the cinema have existed. In the time since its inception, they have wowed audiences with how they bring stories to life whether it be for the whole family, or just for the grown-ups. Max Fleischer, Walt Disney, Tex Avery, Chuck Jones, Richard Williams, Hayao Miyazaki and more have pushed the format in ways people couldn't see coming.
Enter Sergio Pablos. Who is he? Well, here a few movies he has been involved with; Treasure Planet, Despicable Me, and Smallfoot, to mention a few. He has a team in Spain that has been working on a new kind of 2D animation for an original project, "Klaus."

The animation is indescribably beautiful. Every frame is worthy of a frame in a gallery. This kind of eye candy wouldn't be produced if there wasn't any faith in the story, so I for one have been waiting to see this since the day I first saw the trailer.
As of right now, Netflix is distributing the picture on its streaming service this winter, but to qualify for an Oscar, they are planning a theatrical run. The thing about it is, Netflix's movies are usually limited to a couple of theatres in LA and New York.
I say that everyone (and I mean EVERYONE) should be able to see this on the silver screen for their first viewing. A production this exciting shouldn't be regulated for just Academy Voters.
And if this thing gets an Oscar, it will be a sign to Hollywood, that big feature Animation doesn't all have to be CGI!
So, stand with me! Let's get Netflix on board! Sign and share this petition today, and let's see this on the silver screen together!
