Dear Supporters,

If you haven't heard by now, there is exciting news: NetEase implemented an alternative solution for our community. Players on WB Games servers can now transfer their accounts to NetEase servers, allowing you to keep all your hard work and progress in the game intact.

For information on how to transfer, I recommend watching this video guide by -Katura- on YouTube, (she also has a follow-up Q & A video) and/or this video guide by Bonnie (who also has a video about common errors when transferring and an FAQ video). If you are planning to transfer and haven't done so yet, you should transfer as soon as possible, because operations cease on October 29th.

This positive development was almost certainly in part a result of our collective efforts through this petition. Thank you to everyone who signed, shared, and supported this cause—it truly made a difference.
