51,588 signatures from  registered voters in the State of Alabama are needed  to make Net Metering a step forward sustainability.  Alabama houses NASA and soon a Mercedes Benz EV battery factory and warehouse.  How is it possible that the residents of the 200 plus sunny days a year are still not legally able to benefit from sustainable resources.
